  1. Always wash your hands and clean all utensils and dishes you use to prepare food.
  2. Sterilize the bottle and teat by boiling for 10 minutes.
  3. Boil clean drinking water for 10 minutes; allow to cool down. Pour the amount of boiled and cooled water recommended in the feeding guide into the sterilized feeding bottle.
  4. Add correct number of level scoops of Aptamil Lactose Free powder. Lever each scoop with back of clean knife. Do not press down.
  5. Close the bottle and shake vigorously until the dry substance is completely dissolved. Place a sterilized teat on the bottle. Before feeding, check the temperature of the milk by putting a drop on the inside of your wrist. Feed the baby immediately after preparing the milk.
  6. Clean the bottle and teat immediately after feeding. Do not re-feed with the rest of the milk. Store milk powder in a tightly closed container in a cool, dry place, but not in the refrigerator. Use within three weeks after opening.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: BREASTFEEDING IS BEST FOR BABIES

Aptamil® Lactose Free should be used on medical advice. This formula is suitable for use as the sole source of nourishment until 6 months of age when babies are not breastfed. If fed with a bottle, your baby may not want to continue breastfeeding. For the health of your baby follow the preparation instructions carefully. Never leave your baby alone during feeding. Incorrect use or preparation could damage your baby's health.
